Admin/Accountant & Pastoral Care Minister
Reports To: Assistant Pastor (Praveen)
Summary: The Admin/Accountant is responsible for managing the financial and administrative functions of the church. The ideal candidate for this role must have experience in accounting and bookkeeping, strong organizational and communication skills, and a commitment to promoting the mission and values of the church.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage the church's financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.

Develop and monitor annual budgets and financial reports.

Coordinate and prepare financial statements for the church's governing board.

Maintain accurate records of donations and contributions.

Provide pastoral counselling and support to members of the church community.
-
Conduct visitations to the sick and shut-in members of the church.
-
Offer prayer and support to families who have experienced a loss.
-
Provide premarital counselling to couples who are preparing for marriage.

Oversee the church's support groups, including grief support, addiction recovery, and caregiver support.

Coordinate with the Senior Pastor and other church leaders to provide comprehensive care to church members.

Serve as a liaison between the church and other community organizations, such as hospitals and nursing homes.

Participate in worship services and other church events as needed.

Attend and participate in staff meetings and training sessions.

Gather the needs of the community to build a pastoral care team.

Recruit and train volunteers for the pastoral care team

Assign tasks to the pastoral care team and provide guidance and support as needed.

Rota for different teams a week ahead (including outreach to make sure there are enough people)

Ordering supplies- Musgraves, Ink cartridge/paper cups/stationery/cleaning/leaflets/Bibles/UCB devotionals etc. & making note when running low.

Ensuring Guest and New Believer packs are ready for Sunday- print off Guest/New Believer’s letters to be signed by pastors.

Preparing and printing certs for Bible School, baptisms, and baby dedications
-
Printing off any necessary programs/sign out sheets on Sunday morning.

Inputting of ministry application forms
-
Help organize help teams for events such as conferences, parties - booking guests hotels and decorating church at Christmas.

Make sure teams have batteries for worship and walkie-talkies are charged for Sunday.

Attending leaders’ meetings and taking minutes
-
When present on Sunday - to help count offering and record any petty cash taken out/Gift Aid.

Making sure Garda vetting is up to date.
-
Update & keep track of different insurance (equipment’s add/ remove items) and others.

Checking needs at Bible School (ask Gill/Praveen), children’s Church- (Sandy)
-
Ensure Chapel is clean for Sunday (if possible either Friday or Saturday cleaning up). including fridge - throw away old food, assign someone to wash tea towels.
Qualifications:
-
A bachelor's degree in pastoral care, counselling, or any related field is preferred.

Ordained minister or working towards ordination.

Demonstrated experience providing pastoral care and counselling services.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong commitment to the teachings of the Christian faith
-
Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect for privacy.

Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.
Physical Demands:

Must be able to work with a computer.

Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
Work Environment:

Work is primarily performed in an office setting.

Work includes attending Sunday services at All Nations Church (as part of tithe and offering recollections). Also, some evenings and weekend hours as needed to attend church events and meetings.

Timeliness and accuracy of financial reports and budget management

Number of pastoral care visits made per week/month.

Number of individuals or families counselled or supported per week/month.

Number of support groups overseen and their attendance rates

Quality of pastoral care provided, as measured by satisfaction surveys from individuals or families who received care.

Number of pastoral care volunteers recruited and trained per month/quarter.

Percentage of church members who feel connected and supported by the pastoral care team, as measured by church surveys.

Number of pastoral care-related events or initiatives implemented, such as caregiver support groups, grief support groups, or addiction recovery programs.

Number of referrals to outside agencies, such as hospitals or social service agencies, for specialized care and support

Overall growth and development of the pastoral care team, including successful delegation of tasks and increased volunteer engagement.

Budget management for the pastoral care ministry, ensuring expenses are kept within the approved budget.

Program Coordinator/Admin
Reports To: Director of All Nations Bible School (Gill)
Summary: The Program Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the successful planning and completion of educational programs at the All-Nations Bible School. They will plan and implement these programs with strong time management skills and team synergy with their assistants.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Registration of new students – Update on the spreadsheet and the WhatsApp group

Organize and maintain the recorded lectures database.

Post the recorded lectures to the designated groups.
-
Monitor the posting of lectures and respond to students' queries and concerns relating to access and availability of the lectures.

Co-ordinating and monitoring tests
-
Collaborate and provide support to teachers on using zoom platform and lecture notes.
-
Provide recommendations to improve the quality and accessibility of the recorded lectures, notes, and tests.
-
Participate in worship services and other church events as needed.

Attend and participate in staff meetings and training sessions.

Have graduated from All Nations Bible School

Experience in program coordination or related field.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Bachelor’s degree in education or related field.
Work Environment: The Program Coordinator will work in a home office environment at the Christian Bible School. Sometimes, they will be required to work from All Nations office. Attendance to All Nations Sunday Service is a must.
